Issue Details

An item is added to the Issue order at the Issue Details form:

These steps show how to add an item to the issue from the Issue Details form in full. To see more information about using the Rapid Issue form, see "Rapid Issue Details"; to see more information about the drop-down list feature at this form, see "Issue with Mobile Drop Down Lists Feature".

  1. Site: The default site of the logged-in user is automatically placed in this field. If you wish to issue the item from another site, click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the site from which to issue the item.
  2. Item#: Enter the item (entering the alternate item number will also display the item number) to issue in this field.
    1. Unit of Measure, Lot, Expiration Date, or Serial Number: When you select an item that requires a unit of measure, a lot, an expiration date, or a serial number, you must enter this information for the item. For more information about entering serial numbers for the item, see "Serialized Items".
    2. RFID Tag Number field: When you select an item that uses RFID, this item will accept an RFID tag number; see "RFID Item in Mobile App". If you issue an item with an RFID tag the issue quantity must be 1.
  3. Item Description: If the item contains a description, the item description will appear underneath the Item# field.
  4. Location: Enter the location from which to issue the item.
  5. Qty and UOM: Enter the quantity and the unit of measure of the item that is being issued. If using the default issue quantity orders preference setting, the default quantity will automatically be entered in the quantity field; see "User Preferences" for more information.
  6. Save icon: Save icon click to add this item to the order. (To cancel adding this item, click the Cancel iconCancel icon.)
  1. The form closes and you are returned to the Details tab. This item has been added to the order.

Issue screen - Details tab

  1. To add another item to the order, click the Add iconAdd icon and repeat steps 1-6.
  2. Continue adding items to the order until you are finished.
  3. When you are finished, tap the Save icon Save icon at the Receipts form\Details tab to save the order and issue the items.
